On the night of November 19, 1973, following a routine surgery, wife and mother Betty J. Eadie died and crossed into a celestial realm beyond death.

Drawn into a vast and radiant afterlife, she is carried through a world alive with light, where beauty is overwhelming, peace is absolute, and love is unlike anything she has ever known. In the presence of Jesus, she is shown the true nature of existence, a reality so profound it reshapes everything she believed about life, death, and the soul.

But when she is told it is not her time, Betty faces an impossible choice: remain in perfect peace or return to a world of pain, uncertainty, and unfinished purpose.

What follows is an extraordinary journey of faith and purpose as Betty returns to the life she left behind and ultimately finds the courage to share what she experienced with the world.
